The new block of tennis coaching will resume on Monday 22nd August. Classes have been uploaded to the Tennis Coaching tab of the club website. If you are unsure which class to attend please speak to a member of the coaching team or email steeltennis@newlandsltc.co.uk
Connor McVicar
With the new term starting, we say goodbye to Connor who is leaving Newlands to take up the role of Junior Tennis Pro at David Lloyd Renfrew. Connor has been at Newlands for 3 years, working with all age groups across several days. We wish him well in his new job. :)
The coaching team will do their best to cover as many of Connor's hours as possible as we look to bring in a replacement. If you were working with Connor and have not already got in touch, please do so by email.
Summer round up/competition
It has been a very busy summer, with over 250 particpants taking part in 35 days of Summer Camps - we even managed to see some sunshine!
A number of players have been competing both locally and further afield - well done to all. Keep an eye on the club's social media channels where tournament results are regularly posted.
The winter team tennis season will start soon and coaches will be in contact with players this applies to. As always, if any parents would be willing to captain a team please let us know!
