Dear Members,
We would like to remind all parents and guardians that, in line with the Club's Safeguarding Policy, all children under the age of 13 must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times while at the Club.
This includes before and after coaching sessions, matches, social play, drinking/dining in the lounge and any other activities taking place on Club premises. The safety and wellbeing of all young people at NLTC is a priority, and parental supervision plays a vital role in helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Recently, there have been a number of instances of children running around the Club unsupervised while members are playing tennis and squash, and while staff are serving food and drinks. This presents a significant safety risk, both to the children themselves and to other members and staff.
We therefore ask all parents and guardians to ensure that children are appropriately supervised at all times and respect our staff who are carrying out their responsibilty to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
