Dear Newlands Member
ONLINE ENTRY is now open for this year’s tennis Club Championships. With the cancellation of last year’s event due to the Covid pandemic we are hoping to return bigger and better this year.
There are more events to suit all ages and abilities. We will also be running new ‘Plate’ events in our Men’s and Ladies Singles and Doubles events so that everyone gets the opportunity to play more.
Our Open Mixed will be run over 1 day on Sunday 12th September.
All O50’s Doubles will be run over 1 day on Sunday 19th September.
Our Mini and Junior events will be run by the club coaches after school and at weekends during September.
Adult events will have ‘play by’ dates so players can arrange fixtures to suit.
Entering online only takes a matter of minutes. Entry is free of charge for all players. The deadline for entry is Sunday 22nd August. Draws and a schedule will be issued the following week.
