Dear member,
The EGM to vote on the construction of 2 Padel Tennis courts will take place on Thursday 13th January at 7pm on the Zoom Webinar platform. All members are invited to attend but only Full, Life and Student members are allowed to vote. A quorum of 30 is required online.
In order to facilitate this we require members to PRE-REGISTER their interest in attending. To ensure your vote please register by 6pm on Wednesday 12th January vi a email to reception@newlandsltc.co.uk
Option 1 - Email reception with your intent to join the meeting which allows the link to be sent to you.
Option 2 - Only if you do not have access to Zoom please contact reception to register your vote in person with reception.
Remember pre-registration closes at 6pm Wednesday to allow the administration work to be in place ahead of the meeting.
Please indicate if you are using option 1 or option 2 on your email.
A running order/agenda with additional information and response to questions submitted will follow to all who have registered.
