New Club Events - dates for your diary

It’s wonderful to see the Club come alive again after the last couple of years with tennis, squash/racketball & fitness back in full swing!

It’s now time to get our social calendar back up and running!

New events coming to Newlands...

Friday 3rd June : Free Holiday BBQ

The bar/beer garden will be open from 3 pm followed by a free bbq to celebrate the Jubilee holiday weekend. Come down with family and friends to enjoy the day and watch some tennis later, come rain or hopefully shine!

Sunday 28th August : Jazz Afternoon

Come down and enjoy some live music in the bar between 2:30pm and 4:30pm with a 3 piece jazz band. Tickets £6 per person.

Saturday 29th October : Casino Night

Vegas comes to Newlands! Try your luck on the roulette and blackjack tables. More details to follow but put the date in your diary!

Friday 25th November : Family Disco Night 5:30pm - 9pm

Following the success of our last family night we are holding another disco party night for families. Food will be included in ticket price. Great fun and social night for adults and children alike!

Sunday 11th December : Children’s Christmas Party 2pm - 4:30pm

This is our annual free Christmas party for our younger members. Santa and his helper will be attending! Merry Christmas!!


We will still be holding our regular quiz nights ( next Quiz Night Friday 10th June ), tennis, squash and racketball finals days as well as private functions. If you would like to hold an event at the club please contact reception.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "newlandsltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from newlandsltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Newlands Lawn Tennis Club <newlandsltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Newlands Lawn Tennis Club <newlandsltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from newlandsltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
