Important Camps Info
We are looking forward to camps beginning next week.
Please read through the below information before your first session.
Drop off - not before 8.55am
Players should arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start of their session. A member of the coaching team will greet you and tick your child off on the register.
Pick up - collection from 12.55pm
Parents should arrive 5 minutes before session end time and wait for your child to be brought out to reception or the car park by a member of the coaching team. Please encourage children to use the path rather than cut through the car park.
What to wear
All sessions are outdoors. Please ensure players have comfortable clothing and a waterproof jacket. Trainers should be worn. Sun cream should be applied prior to session if necessary.
What to bring
Where possible please bring your own tennis racket, ideally with your child's name or initials on it. We have enough spare if needed.
Children should also come with a refillable water bottle and small snack(s) for morning break(s). No fizzy drinks please.
** The club are resurfacing all seven of the outdoor courts this summer. This will be done in stages so sessions may be moved between the indoor and outdoor courts at short notice, depending on progress of the work. **
Please let the coaching team or reception know if there have been any changes to the emergency contact details you provided at sign up.
