At Newlands, we are committed to protecting the environment, and we're excited to be the first club in Scotland to subscribe to DYUCE's tennis ball recycling service! DYUCE offers a comprehensive recycling solution that aims to tackle the throwaway culture in tennis and padel.
Did you know? Each tennis ball can take over 300 years to biodegrade.
Unlike other organisations, DYUCE collects and fully recycles every ball, regardless of condition, at their state-of-the-art UK facility. They never repurpose or resell balls, ensuring a truly sustainable process.
You'll find our recycling pod located at the beer garden stairs—please help us make this initiative a success and keep our tennis balls out of landfill!
